  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • Cafes and restaurants

  • Care of our pottery
    I mostly use stoneware and food safe glazes for my pots unless told in the description. The pots are handmade and are more fragile than industrially made pottery. For a long life, I would recommend hand washing. However, I have been using and dishwashing my own pottery since I started an did not experienced any issue.
  • Shopping Cart
    During the shop openings you are able to put items into your virtual shopping cart. However, these items are not reserved for you until the transaction is complete. These means someone else may purchase this item in the meantime. We understand this can be frustrating but this is the way most websites work to ensure people don’t just fill up their carts and stop others from browsing.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Shipping
    Shipping is calculated by weight range and destination. I am checking the rates regularly and trying to find the best option available for you to have a smooth experience when purchasing my ceramics.
  • Sizes and shapes
    As it is handmade ceramics, sizes and shapes can slightly differ form one to another pot. When purchasing a series of my work, I am doing my best to select very similar creations.
  • Commissions
    If you wish to commission me, please contact me via email or instagram to discuss it. I would be happy to help. I love to work on installations and large collections by commission, please be in contact with any projects or ideas.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
