This piece is the result of research and experimentation to provide a unique effect. The porcelain slip on the stoneware body is carefully applied at a very specific stage to create 'controlled folds and cracks' while adhering to the main body.
The dark stoneware clay reacts well with the porcelain slip and create a beautiful landscape effect.
